Bond Street Interchange Message

Bond Street: No Step Free Access - Step free access is not available to/from the Marylebone Lane entrance due to unavailability of station staff. Use the entrance on Davies Street or Hanover Square instead. Call 0343 222 1234 for further help.

Canada Water Interchange Message

CANADA WATER STATION: Until Spring 2027, no step-free access between street and ticket hall level at this station. This is while we carry out lift replacement work. For step-free access to the Jubilee line, take bus 47 or 188 from stop B1 in the bus station to Bermondsey. For step-free access to the Windrush line, take any bus from stop B2, or bus 1 or 381 from stop C in the bus station to Surrey Quays. Alternatively, it is about an 800m journey to Surrey Quays at street level via Deal Porters Way. You will not be able to use the lift between the street and ticket hall to enter the station. Please plan ahead and allow more time for your journey

Wembley Park Interchange Message

WEMBLEY PARK STATION: From Monday 10 March until Autumn 2026, no lift service between the street (Wembley Way / car park) and ticket hall. Step-free access is still available by using the entrance/exit on Bridge Road which is level between street and ticket hall. Lifts remain available to all platforms.
